His academic background, combined with extensive professional experience in healthcare, substance use disorder counseling, and behavioral health education, informs his practical and evidence-informed approach to professional training and consultation.
His professional background includes healthcare, correctional settings, residential addiction recovery programs, clinical group facilitation, and recovery-oriented education.
His approach integrates evidence-informed practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.
